[How To] Connect PS3 Controller (USB or Bluetooth) To PC Using Better DS3 Tool [CC]
In a previous tutorial, I showed you how to connect your PS3 controller to the PC strictly using Motioninjoy for both USB and Bluetooth connections. The problem with Motioninjoy (in general) is that it requires the Internet, and can be buggy at times.
This time around we are going to use the fantastic program called Better DS3 Tool, which allows you to configure your controller offline, no Internet required. It works great in any current PC game that uses the Xinput profile (aka Xbox 360). Enjoy!
Note 1: If you are having issues under Windows 8.1, make sure to try this guide below.
Note 2: Run all programs as administrator to eliminate issues.
